- Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens who have a foreign passport and MUST over 18 years of age.
- Chinese citizens who have applied for admission to colleges and universities as foreign students after immigrating to a foreign country must hold a valid foreign passport or nationality certificate for at least 4 years, and the last four years (until April 30 of the school year) There is a record of actually living abroad for more than 2 years (actually living abroad for 9 months in a year can be counted as one year, subject to entry and exit seals).
- Master's degree or above.
- Applicants such as doctoral students, advanced scholars, and research visiting scholars do not have Chinese language requirements, but must be able to communicate normally with doctoral supervisors or co-professors in English.

Program Description
Project introduction: 3-5 years of schooling, complete credits and achieve a certain degree of scientific research, complete a doctoral dissertation, obtain a graduation certificate and confer a doctorate degree by defending the dissertation.

If the applicant is a student at school, you need to submit a certificate of attendance or pre-graduation issued by the school you are attending. After admission, you must submit the original certificate and notarization of the academic certificate.

Applicants for doctoral degrees must submit two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English by a professor or associate professor.

*11. A photocopy of the Foreign Physical Examination Record
The original is kept by yourself. This form is uniformly printed by the Chinese health and quarantine department and a blood test report. Applicants should conduct inspections strictly in accordance with the items required in the Foreign Physical Examination Record. The "Foreign Physical Examination Record" which is absent, does not have the photo of the applicant or is not stamped with a riding seal, and is not signed and stamped by a doctor and the hospital is invalid. The applicant is requested to complete the medical examination within 3 months before coming to China.
